Standing in The Gap Food Delivery

Program Guidelines


On Saturdays when weather and availability permit we deliver groceries to those who meet the below listed qualifications. 


Before you sign up please read the following qualifications:


  1. You must fill out the form below.

  2. Your household can only receive food once in the same calendar month.

  3. You must register every week you receive food.

  4. You must have signed up by Wednesday at 11:59 pm before the Saturday you wish to receive food.  After 11:59 on Wednesday all other requests will immediately transfer to the following week.  

  5. You must be available to receive a phone call between 9:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday in reference to your scheduled delivery. 

  6. You must be available to receive your delivery between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on your scheduled Saturday. 

Below are the guidelines for the food that will be delivered.


  1. Food is given solely based on what is available at the time of delivery and cannot be selected by the households receiving it.

  2. The size of each household does not determine the size of the delivery.

  3. Both perishable and nonperishable items may be available.


If any of the following guidelines are broken your delivery can be canceled and may disqualify you from receiving deliveries in the future.  


  1. If you are unavailable for delivery and have not contacted us to cancel prior to delivery.

  2. If any of the information you have provided is found to be dishonest.

  3. If your communication with our staff is rude or hateful.
